Expressing Emotions


We know Emotions bring colors to our life’s canvas. Expression is crucial as when an artist expresses, we witness great artwork coming to life. Just like that, we express ourselves in various ways. In the things we do, we add our uniqueness to it, & that’s known as self-expression.


I firmly believe in two guiding principles that form the core of how I assist people with the expression of their emotions.

First Principle:
“If you are not expressing, you are storing it, and that gets heavy!” - Anmol

We all feel that heaviness within ourselves when we are unable to share what we are going through, our concerns, & emotions with others. This unspoken weight can lead to stress, anxiety, overthinking, & a sense of isolation.


Second Principle:
“If you won’t express it, then how would you address it?”

To address our concerns & emotions effectively, we first need to express them. It’s only by bringing our feelings & emotions into the open that we can begin to understand & manage them.

Emotions are a part of ourselves; they are for us, not against us. Yes, sometimes our emotions can be overwhelming, & that’s where people like me provide you with a safe place to express yourself.

Talking and expressing uneasy things may make you vulnerable for the time being, so it should be taken just as a phase. As you go through it, you will improve & eventually become stronger.

As a Counselor:
I facilitate people in dealing with their uneasy emotions. I have facilitated hundreds of individuals, interacting with people from over 196 countries.
