In simple words, I've never felt so content and happy.
Yes, there were times when
I
felt lost and sometimes even scared, wondering what I would do next. But I've learned a few valuable
things during our therapeutic journey together.
I realized I was neglecting my emotions by not
actually feeling them.
I've learned to sit with my emotions, acknowledge that they exist, and

ourselves to freely feel every emotion, whether positive or negative.
I remember being

about counseling sessions initially, however, now I'm grateful for taking them with Anmol. He has a

When I first approached Anmol, my life felt completely overwhelming.
