I hear you, and it reminds me that in a war, not only soldiers participate, but all citizens as well. We all are fighting our battles. Soldiers are fighting with bullets, bombs, drones, missiles, & to an extent, nuclear weapons. We, too, are fighting the anxious possibility of it affecting us or our loved ones, near & on the borders.
In the last post, I mentioned the power of trust & how we can use it to feel at ease. Considering all that is happening & the way our Indian Army, Navy, & Air Force are managing & protecting, I find myself trusting them more because of the professionalism & transparency that has been shown by our Indian government & Indian armed forces.
I agree that this is a scary thing, especially for the people who are close to the borders & that’s where our defense system comes in, to protect us. Sudarshan Chakra is doing its job the best. All the videos that have come across us just make us trust it more and more.
I believe India is strong enough to protect itself, its people, & its borders as well.
Yes, until this situation gets under control, we all will be experiencing uneasy emotions, because it’s not just about India & Pakistan anymore; it’s now a global thing.
All we can do is keep ourselves grounded by using our primary senses. Search the Grounding 54321 Technique; yes, it works!
While staying updated through reliable sources regarding this war, do mindful breathing, cyclic breathing; it would help in managing your emotions, & understand that it is okay to feel uneasy emotions, yet remind yourself, “We Are Safe.”
If you or people close to you are feeling distress, know that we are in this together. Seekers who seek guidance get guided.
We all want peace, but it is not the absence of chaos; rather, it is our ability to be at peace with ourselves amidst the chaos.
When you feel distressed, repeat to yourself, & believe it: “I am safe.”
